About Multi Post Social
Updated · Multi Post Social guide
Multi Post Social is a social media management platform for people who run more than one account and want a calmer week. We built it around one data model, so publishing, the inbox, analytics, listening and approvals work as one product instead of five tools stitched together. This page explains why it exists, the principles we hold ourselves to, how the product is run, and how to reach us.
Why we built it
Most social media tools grew one module at a time. The scheduler came first, then an inbox was bought and bolted on, then analytics, then an AI chat box on the side. Each module has its own idea of what a post is, so simple things get hard: a comment cannot become a post, a report cannot explain why a slot works, and an idea has to be copied by hand twelve times. We wanted a tool where a post knows its channel, its slot, its approvals, its comments and its results from the start.
We also wanted pricing that does not punish small teams. Seat-based pricing makes a three-person shop pay three times what a solo creator pays for the same accounts. Multi Post Social charges per connected channel, so adding a teammate never costs more and a brand only pays as it grows. The pricing page explains it in full.
Our principles
| Principle | What it means in the product |
|---|---|
| A calm process | A queue with slots instead of daily decisions; one inbox instead of twelve apps; a calendar that shows gaps before your audience does. |
| Honest numbers | No fake reviews, logos, user counts or awards on this site. Analytics show what happened; we never promise growth or reach. |
| Privacy by default | We store what the product needs and nothing else, never sell data, never run ads, and never use your content to train AI models. |
| Security as a habit | Two-factor authentication on every plan, roles that limit who can publish, and an audit log you can read. |
| Open roadmap | What is shipped, in progress and planned is public, and the changelog is dated. |
| Plain words | Guides and settings use simple language. If a limit comes from a network, we say so. |
How the product is run
The product is developed by a small remote team. We ship in small, frequent releases and record every change on the changelog. Feature requests from customers go onto the roadmap, where you can see what is planned and what we decided not to build. Service health is published on the status page, including incident timelines.
Support is done by the people who build the product, so answers are accurate and problems reach the right person fast. Response targets by plan are listed on the contact page. Security and privacy requests have their own addresses, described on the security page.
Our home on the web is https://multipostsocial.com and our applications live on the web, iOS and Android. Network names used on this site are trademarks of their owners; Multi Post Social is an independent product and is not affiliated with any social network.
