Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between you and Multi Post Social for the use of the website, the product and the API. By creating an account or using the service you accept them. They are written in plain words on purpose; where a heading summarizes a section, the full text of the section controls. Effective date: October 27, 2026.
1. Accounts and eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old and able to enter a contract. You are responsible for your login details, for enabling two-factor authentication where you handle other people's accounts, and for everything done under your account by you and the people you invite. Keep your contact email current so we can reach you about security, billing and changes. One person may not create multiple free accounts to avoid plan limits.
2. Plans, trials and billing

3. Acceptable use
You agree to follow the acceptable use policy. In short: no spam, no mass duplicate posting, no automation that breaks a network's rules, no buying of engagement, no hateful or illegal content, no impersonation, no malware, and no undisclosed advertising. We may remove content, suspend or close accounts that break these rules, and we tell you why unless the law prevents it.
4. Your content and our license
You own the text, images, video and other content you create or upload. You give Multi Post Social a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to store, process, display and transmit that content only as needed to provide the service: to publish it to the networks you choose, to show it to your team, to generate analytics and to make backups. The license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for backups that are purged on their schedule. You are responsible for having the rights to everything you post, including music, images and other people's names and likenesses.
5. Social networks and tokens
Connecting a channel means authorizing Multi Post Social through that network's official login and permission screens. Each network has its own terms, which you must follow, and each can change its rules, limits or API at any time. We do our best to adapt, but we cannot promise that a network will keep allowing a feature, that a token will not expire, or that a post will be accepted. You can revoke our access from the network or from the Channels page at any moment.
6. AI features
AI suggestions are drafts. You review and decide what is published, and you are responsible for the result. We do not use your content to train models. AI output may be inaccurate; check facts, names and claims before posting.
7. Availability and support
We aim for high availability and publish the current state on the status page, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled posts depend on networks that are outside our control. Support is provided by email on every plan, with priority response on Agency and Enterprise plans. Enterprise customers may have a separate service agreement that adds to these terms.
8. Termination
You can close your account at any time from Settings; data is deleted as described in the privacy policy. We can suspend or close an account for breach of these terms, for non-payment, or when required by law, with notice where possible. Sections on content ownership, disclaimers, liability and governing law survive termination.
9. Disclaimers
The service is provided as is and as available. We make no promise about reach, followers, engagement, revenue or any particular outcome from using Multi Post Social. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement to the extent the law allows.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Multi Post Social is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, lost profits, lost data or reputational harm arising from the service or from content published through it. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
11. Your responsibility for your content
You agree to cover costs and claims that arise from content you publish through the service or from your breach of these terms or of a network's rules, including reasonable legal fees.
12. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the country where Multi Post Social is established, and the courts of that country have jurisdiction, without affecting consumer rights that apply where you live. Before going to court, contact us; most disputes are solved by email within a few days.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes are emailed to account owners at least 14 days before they take effect; continuing to use the service after that date means you accept them. The current version is always on this page with its effective date.
