Acceptable Use Policy
Updated · Multi Post Social guide
Multi Post Social publishes to other people's platforms on your behalf. That only works if everyone who uses it respects those platforms, their users and the law. This policy lists what is not allowed, how we enforce it and how to report a problem or appeal a decision. It is part of the terms of service. Effective date: October 27, 2026.
1. What is not allowed
- Spam: unsolicited bulk messages, repetitive comments, or posting the same text to many unrelated groups or communities.
- Duplicate mass posting: publishing identical or near-identical content to many accounts at once in a way the networks treat as manipulation.
- Automation against network rules: using the API, webhooks or any integration to do something a network's terms forbid, including scraping other users' data or evading rate limits.
- Buying engagement: paying for followers, likes, comments or shares, or coordinating fake engagement.
- Hateful or illegal content: content that attacks people based on protected characteristics, incites violence, is defamatory, infringes copyright or trademark, or is otherwise unlawful where you or your audience are.
- Impersonation: pretending to be another person, brand or organization, or connecting channels you are not authorized to manage.
- Malware and phishing: links or files designed to harm devices or steal credentials.
- Undisclosed advertising: paid partnerships, affiliate links or sponsored content without the disclosure the law and the network require.
- Adult sexual content and content involving minors in any sexual context, which is reported to the authorities.
- Interference with the service: probing, overloading or reverse engineering the product, or sharing one account across many people to avoid plan limits.
2. Your responsibility
You are responsible for the content you create, upload and schedule, for the channels you connect, and for the people you invite into your workspace. Approvals and roles are tools to help you meet that responsibility; they do not transfer it. Each network's own terms apply to what you publish there, and a network can act independently of us.
3. How we enforce this policy
| Step | What happens | When we use it |
|---|---|---|
| 1. Notice | We email the account owner describing the problem and what to change | First or minor breach |
| 2. Content removal | We delete or stop specific posts, streams or automations | Content clearly breaks a rule |
| 3. Feature limits | Publishing, API keys or inbox replies are paused for the workspace | Repeated breaches or active harm |
| 4. Suspension | The account cannot log in while we review | Serious breach or ongoing abuse |
| 5. Termination | The account is closed and may not be recreated | Severe or repeated breaches, illegal content |
| Immediate action | Steps 2 to 5 without notice | Legal requirement, safety risk, malware, child-safety content |
We keep a record of enforcement actions and the reasons. We tell you what we did and why unless the law or a safety concern prevents it.
4. How to report abuse
If you see content or behavior on a network that you believe was published through Multi Post Social and breaks this policy, email support@multipostsocial.com with the link, a screenshot and a short description. Report security vulnerabilities to security@multipostsocial.com as described in the security guide. We acknowledge reports within two business days.
5. Appeals
If you believe we acted in error, reply to the enforcement email within 30 days with your explanation and any evidence. A different team member reviews the case and answers within 10 business days. If the appeal succeeds we restore access and remove the record; if it fails we explain why.
6. Changes
We update this policy as networks and laws change. Material changes are emailed to account owners at least 14 days before they take effect.
