Careers at Multi Post Social

Updated · Multi Post Social guide

Multi Post Social is built by a small remote team that cares about calm software, honest numbers and plain words. There are no open roles right now. If you would like to hear when one opens, email us with a short note about what you do; we keep a list and write back when a matching role appears.

How we work

We are remote-first. Work happens in writing, asynchronously, across time zones, with a small number of scheduled calls each week. We ship in small releases and write a changelog entry for each one. Everyone talks to customers: engineers answer support tickets on a rotation, and designers read the inbox of feature requests. We would rather build fewer things that work well than many things that need a manual.

We expect clear writing, care for people who use the product, and comfort with saying "I do not know yet". We do not expect heroics, late nights or being online at all hours. A failed post at 3 a.m. is handled by monitoring and a morning fix, not by a person losing sleep.

How we hire

  1. You email a short note and a link to your work or a résumé.
  2. We reply within a week with a yes, a no, or a question.
  3. A 30-minute call to talk about the role and your questions.
  4. A small, paid work sample that takes about half a day, on your own schedule.
  5. A conversation about the sample with two team members.
  6. An offer in writing, with salary, equipment and start date.

We tell you where you stand after every step. We never ask for unpaid trial work.

What we offer

  • Remote work from any time zone that overlaps the team for a few hours a day.
  • Transparent salary bands shared before the first call.
  • Equipment of your choice and a home-office budget.
  • Flexible hours and a real expectation of time off.
  • A learning budget and time to use it.
  • Small team, direct impact, customers you can talk to.
